Refund Policy

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you letting you know of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow a couple of days for the refund to be processed.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

 

  • Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing and original tags attached
  • We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
  • All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

 

Non-Returnable Items

All items purchased on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

Bodysuits, undergarments and accessories are non-returnable

 

Please note that we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

 

For any returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
